Art Educators

Each semester, Continuing Education at the Kansas City Art Institute offers graduate-level courses for area art educators pursuing professional development.

Educators receive grades one month after the completion of the course, with a passing grade educators receive two graduate credits and are able to request an official transcript at the National Student Clearing House. All courses require ten hours of homework outside of course time and cover a unique variety of mediums.

Educators can also receive graduate credit by applying and attending KCAI's annual summer residency program for art teachers, Educators ArtLab

Upcoming summer and fall courses are open for enrollment, click the tabs below to view courses available by semester.
